Excellent purchasing experience.
These guys..these are not my kind of guys.

A major oil usage/burning problem handled under the 100K mile warranty plus four other things that have accumulated that I happily paid for… and I had my car ready 2.25 days later. These dealers are not far from each other and I can tell you which one I'm going back to for service and sales.I would like to apologize on behalf of Atlantic Chevrolet for your experience with our dealership. Your feedback regarding your visit with us will be taken into deep consideration so we can identify the areas of our customer service that need improvement. I can assure you that it was not our intention to disappoint or frustrate you. See Lisa Bautista's apology on this thread? Per her request, I wrote to her. She relied that my email should have gone to another staff person and that she forwarded it to her. I wrote to that person as well. She never responded to my email. Per Ms Bautista's request, I reached out to the dealer and was completely ignored. Her apology below is only there to make it appear as though the dealer cares about my complaint when in reality, they don't care at all. I stand by the factual account of my complaint.

They were NOT pushy they were there for you at all times for any questions. I was very… lucky to get Patrick T. as my number one Salesman, from the moment we enter he was there for us beginning to end pleasant, honest not pushy very helpful. Keith M. the Used Car Manager was a very pleasant and honest person from beginning to end very helpful and Ray S. the Business Manager his personality was very relax as if you already new him. Thank you all involved! We would recommend this dealership for the quality of service you receive. We bought a Cadillac SRX4 very happy. HAPPY HOLIDAYS
