No Service
by raygwestrac on 01/24/2017Received a automatic call by a very nice woman Meghan to set up an appointment for service. She said if I needed a loaner car it would take about a week and a half. I said fine and set up the appointment for 7:30 am. Upon arriving found… aprox. 15 to 20 cars on a line in front of me. After waiting on line for 20 minutes line had not moved. At this point I left. I traded in a BMW for this Cadillac. When I went to BMW service, I showed up at the designated time and there was someone waiting there to greet me. They took me to the service desk and handed me the keys for the loaner. If it took 5 minutes it was a lot. This is what I call service. Atlantic should take a lesson on what service is, and have regard for their customers time. I will find another dealership to service my car, and if I purchase another Cadillac, I will buy it there also.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unethical and Unprofessional
by bobemilman on 09/02/2015Bought a Certified Pre Owned Chevy Corvette from this dealer. When I went to pick up the car I had just purchased, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes while they did their dealer preparation duties even though they knew exactly when I'd be… arriving to pick up the car. When I later complained to the Sales Mgr about the unprofessional treatment, he said that since it was the end of the month, he felt they did a pretty good job getting me out so quickly!! Then, when the car was finally ready, I was only handed one key for the car. When I asked for the spare key, I was told because they only received one key when they purchased the car, that's all I'd be getting and that if I wanted a spare key, it would be my responsibility to buy one (estimated cost $175). When I said it was unethical to inform me on an after the fact basis that there was only one key, they said it was my error for not asking if there were two keys beforehand that I should not have assumed the car would come with a spare key. What a way to run a business!I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience. Bill Berlese and how great my experience went!!!!!!

The guys name was Bill Berlese , he helped me so much and went above and beyond that I had told my mother to go there and ask for Bill, he helped her to ,that she bought a suv. My dad was the first to go… and look for a truck and Bill was great so we all got a new car . He showed us everything in and outside the car made sure we all knew how everything worked. Recall Notice

I suggested she called me once it was in to schedule-she said that was not necessary, we could schedule that day. Needless to say,… after spending 15 min inspecting car and starting paperwork-lo and behold- the part was not there! We rescheduled and the 2nd appt went smoothly. Paul Handed me off to Bill Berlese to complete the deal when we came into the dealership. It was a… straightforward transaction since we had pre-negotiated the price. He handed it over to your salesman Matthew V. who answered all my questions and closed the deal in minutes. Oil change pricing

Also had tire rotation which I assume took 5 minutesI would like to personally apologize for the dissatisfaction you experienced with our service department.
