I had to schedule an appt for a recall. The girl "assured" me the part would be in the following week. I suggested she called me once it was in to schedule-she said that was not necessary, we could schedule that day. Needless to say, after spending 15 min inspecting car and starting paperwork-lo and behold- the part was not there! We rescheduled and the 2nd appt went smoothly. I dealt with Anthony and he was very friendly and helpful.
