I bought a car here and received the same EXCELLENT, competent treatment. These folks know… what they are doing! How often do you find that? I will be buying my next car here. My recent service was for scheduled maintenance and everything was smoothly handled by service advisor Michael… Carpenter. He made sure everything I requested was done and explained to me a few addition things that were recommended based on my vehicle's mileage. I need to count on my vehicle running smoothly. That's why I count on Michael and the others to do their best to make that happen.George, thank you for telling us why you like working with Michael! I found it hard to find such excellent care until I took my car to Lia Hyundai in Albany. I was so lucky to be met with the most… professional and friendly manner in the person of John King. (Mr. King was the representative that helped me.) He listens to one’s needs and finds a way to help one. Ge goes the extra mile. He always greets one with a smile. Although, other workers have been rude, I return to this dealership because Mr king’s excellent service and manners. I highly recommend this dealers and Mr. King!!!Thanks for letting us know how satisfied you were with John's assistance, Tia! by Lisa on 09/18/2024I’ve been a customer at Lia Hyundai since the early 2000’s. The service is always very good. Since the service waiting area has been updated, I haven’t liked waiting for my car. While the seating is comfortable, the tv is a waste. It is… permanently on an awful game show channel and is way too loud. Literally no one in the waiting area was watching it. It would be much nicer to just be able to hear the overhead music. Also, it’s nice having the coffee machine and water, but I miss the vending machine.Lisa, thank you for your continued business for the past many years. We appreciate your trust in our service team, and value your feedback on the updates we've made in our lounge. Your comments have been passed to our management team with regards to our focus on continuous improvement.

Yearly inspection

He reviewed my car information and informed me of Hyundai recommended services at 15,000 miles (fule injector cleaning, cabin and engine filter replacements) while clearly relaying that they were… recommended and not required and allowed me to choose which, if any, to have done. Service was fast and was followed by a complimentary carwash. Great experience overall.Matt, thank you for your trust in our service team! Professional and very courteous staff

There is no other Service Technician Representative besides Michael Carpenter that I would rather deal with. As soon as called and I notified of him of my problem,… he immediately scheduled me to return the vehicle to him and he worked behind the scenes with Hyundai Management on my Engine Malfunction for more than the 6th time!! Mike Carpenter, has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to address and attenpt to correct the many problems with my car engine.James, thank you for taking a moment to share positive feedback on Mike.
