I have a 15 year-old Santa Fe that I am trying to stretch out for another 6-8 months. Devin Bradt, my service consultant, was knowledgeable and courteous, and most importantly, had the bill come back about $200 less than the estimate. I’ve been working with Lia Hyundai for a long time, and have always been satisfied with the result.

John King (service department) Lia Hyundai Albany is one of the top service department personnel people in the Albany area. John is extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He is a reliable,caring professional who is a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend John King for all service needs!!!! 5 Stars!!!!!!

Tim Franks assists with maintenance on our family vehicles. Works with me for repairs that fit my schedule to the best of his ability & always keeps me informed on what is needed along the way. Timothy Frank was excellent at diognosing and so fixing a problem I have been dealing with for the last couple months. He was knowledgeable and helpful and ended up replacing the battery after doing some testing. Having my car serviced at Lia has always been easy, and this time was the best experience yet. Thank you.

Per usual I was very satisfied with my service at Lia Hyundai. My check engine light came on and Mike Carpenter took very good care of me. He was able to get me in find out the problem and got it taken care of along with my car needed to be inspected this month and he was able to get that done too. I have been coming here for years and will always be back thanks to Mike Carpenter.
