Simply the best!!!

He was able to get me in find out the problem and got it taken care of along with my car needed to be… inspected this month and he was able to get that done too. I have been coming here for years and will always be back thanks to Mike Carpenter.Maddy, thanks so much for the 5 stars! We actually use Lia for our regular… servicing even though it's 200 miles from where we live, combining the service appt. with visits to family in the Capital District). Never any surprises, and whenever there is something to be done I alway trust that it's necessary. For my latest servicing, nothing but the highest praise for Shane Dobert, who serviced my car -- took no longer than he said it would; reported his assessment about something I had heard from the car; and was extremely courteous. Thank you Shane Dobert and the whole Lia team.Thanks for sharing some awesome feedback with us, Peter. Great Service Experience

He more than satisfactorily answered all my questions, wrote up the service order, then directed me to a… state-of-the-art waiting area, The area was equipped with a refrigerator with cold water and a coffee/tea service with numerous choices. I received a commentary wash and was on my way in just over one hour. Couldn't be happier!!!Joe, thanks for sharing thoughtful feedback about your service visit with Scott! I had an issue with the check engine light coming on and then there was a campaign issue on my car. Mike was able to solve my problem and get it… all taken care of under my extended service warranty.
