My experience with Lia Hyundai of Albany was the best! Cassandra Storms is a wonderful salesperson and an asset to the dealership. She is a pleasure to work with and made the whole car shopping process easy from start to finish. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few cars that would meet my needs. I liked that I was presented with options and was not pressured to make a decision. Once I did, Cassandra diligently managed the process throughout the sale. Also, Emily Triplett in finance was great to work with, she also made sure everything went smoothly. I am happy with my car purchase and so pleased that the process to get it went so well, thanks to this talented team!
