Great Service Experience

This is the way a service call should be. Service Writer Scott Valet's smiling greeting set the tone for a great experience. He more than satisfactorily answered all my questions, wrote up the service order, then directed me to a state-of-the-art waiting area, The area was equipped with a refrigerator with cold water and a coffee/tea service with numerous choices. I received a commentary wash and was on my way in just over one hour. Couldn't be happier!!!
