Steve L. promised me at the first phone conversation after multiple emails that he would be the best deal. He was truly the best deal. I shopped the local dealerships as an educated consumer, and after comparing all the numbers went to see Steve. He was very professional, took us for a test drive, and came back in to sign the deal after some minor negotiating for remote start, and a few more dollars off. Everything was signed and the car was delivered a few hours later upon our return. The delivery process was amazing, with the specialist taking time to explain all the fancy features to my mother (who the car is for).
