My MKZ had a recall, I was called they day before my appointment to tell me they did not have the parts, I deceided to go in anyway for my regular service, when I got there… they had received the parts needed for both recalls and I was in and out in 2 hours, and they washed my beautiful car!We appreciate the kind review and that your vehicle service was both thorough and completed in a timely manner. Grest Deal, Great Team at Lincoln of Wayne
by gmsproductions on 07/06/2015We test drove a Lincoln MKC last December. We had a lease on another vehicle that was just too early to terminate. I received a call from my Sales person, Carlos Colon on June 30th, and he told me that he might be able to help me now since… I only had a few months left on my current lease. Within 3 hours (on the phone, no less), I had a deal for a new MKC. It was probably the best and easiest experience I ever had leasing a new vehicle. On July 3rd, we accepted delivery of our new Lincoln MKC. At the dealership we were introduced to the service department (everyone was so nice), then off to get a tutorial on how to use the car, and then we signed papers at the finance department, and we were off an running. Again, couldn't have been any better an experience. I would highly recommend Carlos Colon as a sales person, and Lincoln of Wayne to all my friends and anyone looking to upgrade to a Lincoln.Thank you for the kind review! I went… into the waiting, had a capuchino and relaxed. I was out and on the road within 1 hour, with my car washed and clean. A+We're delighted the service on your MKX was such a positive experience! by Drdionysia on 06/25/2015Service. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I dealt with Kevyn Cruz who is wonderful and Mr. Polluch who is a very polite new addition. I bought my Suzuki from Tim Cirule in 2011. The phone service could be better... I have waited long… times on hold - up to nearly 10 minutes at times and that is unacceptable. However in all, very good all around. The facility is beautiful with comfortable immaculate seating, great snacks in a clean area and the bathrooms are actually luxurious. If the phone wait times were consistently short I would give the facility 100%!Thank you for your ongoing loyalty to Lincoln of Wayne.
