Great staff of people! Knowledgeable, courteous, and on time! My MKZ had a recall, I was called they day before my appointment to tell me they did not have the parts, I deceided to go in anyway for my regular service, when I got there they had received the parts needed for both recalls and I was in and out in 2 hours, and they washed my beautiful car!
