onService. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I dealt with Kevyn Cruz who is wonderful and Mr. Polluch who is a very polite new addition. I bought my Suzuki from Tim Cirule in 2011. The phone service could be better... I have waited long times on hold - up to nearly 10 minutes at times and that is unacceptable. However in all, very good all around. The facility is beautiful with comfortable immaculate seating, great snacks in a clean area and the bathrooms are actually luxurious. If the phone wait times were consistently short I would give the facility 100%!
