Best car dealer and service department!
by upmartini on 10/06/2015It was fast and easy in and out. I traveled 30 minutes to get to the service department, but it was well worth the trip in the time I saved at the service department. Everything is run in precision making the experience extremely quick.… I was even able to pickup my vehicle after normal business hours. What could be more convenient? Great dealer service, unreliable replacement parts

The recent service was for a throttle body module replacement which was less than six months old and under warranty, also for a hybrid battery fan module that was about two years old and no… longer under warranty. So my issue is the short service life of the replacement parts that Ford is providing. If the parts are not lasting, it would be nice to have a check from Ford for the cost of the part (if not the repair labor).We appreciate your candid feedback and are glad we were ultimately able to ensure your vehicle repairs went well from start to finish.
