    The staff at Jack Daniels Porsche on Rt. 17 in Upper Saddle River was truly exceptional! We had the pleasure of working with a salesman named Gursh, and the finance manager, Frank. Not only were they able to answer all of our questions, but they both were very personable. At no point did we feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. All of this made the buying experience so enjoyable. It’s also worth mentioning that they gave us the best deal we could find for the car we wanted! As an added bonus, on the day that we picked up the vehicle we had purchased, they let our 5 year old son sit inside several of the custom Porsches that resembled racecars, which certainly made his day! He’s still talking about it. I highly recommend them!

    I recently purchased a Macon from Jack Daniels Porsche. Gursh Singh my sales professional was excellent. He spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough explaining the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and friendly. Thanks also to Frank Gebbia and Mr. Jack Daniels for their help! I couldn’t be happier with my new car!! 😀

    Buyer Beware- deceitful! Dealer lied about paint work on the 911 we purchased in a trade deal. When discovered and exposed they obviously knew of their lie as they never asked for proof of our discovery or even ask to return the car for a paint specialist review. Only after arguing, numerous calls and refusing our deal to be null and void did they offered to settle the issue with monetary restitution. Leaving us to settle for a car with paint work - Pass Go- keep driving do not stop at Jack Daniels

    We just moved to NY few weeks ago and I started looking for a car right away. Negotiated really good deal on 2016 Audi Q5 and was waiting for the paperwork to go through. Jermaine was always very nice, offered to send a pick up car to take us to the dealership. He had the exact car, color and modification I wanted and since paperwork was taking longer than usual he requested a deposit. I gave him my cc info, ss number, filled all the necessary applications and seems like all was in order. Few days later he told me that I need to change my drivers license to NY from Arizona. I checked on the paperwork needed to do just that when i found out that my SS card is missing and I need to order a replacement which will take 3-5 business days to arrive to my apartment. I contacted Jermaine right away, told him that I ran in to a problem and asked if he can hold my car and the deal for a week until I get my ss card replacement and the NY drivers license. He very politely answered me OK. Then my husband called him and asked again to be sure that the deal and the car are safe for a week. The answer was again very positive. As soon as I got my NY dr license I took a photo and sent it to Jermaine. Then called to make sure he got it and to ask what would be the next step. I was told to wait while he will run it by some manager and call me back. No call yesterday, so today I contacted him again to learn that my car and the deal are gone, that there are no more 2016 Q5 lest and that my only option is to get 2017 Q5. If I could afford a 2017 Q5 I would have bought it in the first place. So 3 weeks are gone, there are no more 2016 Q5 to choose from. I called general manager twice today and left 2 messages, I emailed all managers and got no response. All I can think of is that this was bait and switch deal in the first place and the car I was waiting on getting was nonexistent in the first place. My husband contacted bunch of dealerships and hardly anybody has any 16 Q5 left. The inventory they show online is also a big l cause those websites don't get updated. The cars are still advertised but seems to be all sold already. The bottom line is that the time is lost and I have no car.

  • Worst Sales Eperience Ever

    My name is Adam, last Saturday my fiancé and I had the worst experience in our life with a car dealer at Jack Daniels Porsche. We had a E350 Mercedes Benz convertible and we lost it at a car accident one month ago. We have been shopping for a car for the last couple of weeks.We went to different Porsche dealers in NJ and NY. Last Saturday We went to Jack Daniels, we have been helped by Gursh, Gursh was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. He was very patient to go through the inventory and explain the differences between the options in the available cars at the showroom. We selected two cars, we informed Gursh that we received a certain discount at another Porsche dealer and wondered if they can give us the same discount. We did not like the color of the car at the other dealer otherwise we would have bought the car one week ago. Gursh asked for two minutes to check with his manager. After two minutes Gursh came back with Mr. Martin, he introduced himself as the GM of Jack Danieles and basically he asked us to leave since he is not interested in our business. We were shocked !!!! Never seen that in our life!! If you do not like our offer, there is no need to be rude !! I am writing this review for customers who read reviews before visiting showrooms, I hope my review saves you a moment of humiliation in your life.

  • Did not honor the deal

    Tired to buy a used M3 from out of town. Went back and forth a few times and finally came to a deal. They took a credit card deposit and I sent them all of my documents. The next day, the salesman contacts me and says that the manager cannot approve the deal! Never mentioned that the deal was not approved. As a result, I lost the other car that I was considering. They then tried to re-negotiate the deal. Salesman that I dealt with was "Gursh".

    Came in looking for a new 911 but was able to purchase one slightly used. This was a managers old demo. Glad i stopped by this dealership, i saved thousands. Thanks Curt and David!

    Buying a vehicle sight unseen from a dealership requires you to trust that dealership. It is an expensive experiment if that trust gets broken. When talking to Jack Daniels, they described my 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera as absolutely perfect and confirmed it did not have a scratch, chip, dent or pitted windschield. It had 1000 miles (It was listed on their site as having 112 miles, only when we agreed on the price, they checked the mileage of the car they knew so well), so their assessment felt logical and I trusted an official Porsche dealer. Well they are not worthy of my or your trust. The car was delivered (picked up in the morning in the dealership and driven straight to me for 600 miles in a single enclosed car transporter.), when I inspected it on delivery, it was scratched on 4 places, had 2 chips in the hood and the windshield was lightly pitted. The only answer I got when I wrote and called them was: we checked in a clean Bill of Lading. This is a transport issue. I have pictures of the damage, and I find it very unlikely that this happened during transport. Anyway, they leave me standing in the cold, and I have to file insurance claims with the transport company. I did not receive the car they described and I highly doubt that the car they shipped was the way they described it. I would never buy a car again from this dealership. My sales person was Anthony and he was working with the GM, Evan to resolve this. Evan left Jack Daniels Porsche and the exec team seems to be too busy traveling to care about their customers

  • No car - No money back

    I never write reviews but this one I could not stay quiet. I purchased a Cayenne for lease from them in May 2013 and paid deposit/downpayment of $2589.00. The car was supposed to be delivered one month later (end of June). One week after purchase I got a call from sales person claiming that the car had been previously sold to someone else (!!!) and he offered me to choose different one (a little more expensive that I initially got). I decided to cancel the deal and requested to refund my deposit. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not got my money back yet. I called my credit card to dispute that charge but it takes a long time to process these disputes. The JACK DANIELS PORSCHE guys are either INCOMPETENT or [non-permissible content removed].
