  • Poor Attitude and Management

    I experienced unresponsiveness and a lack of professionalism from General Manager James Sosunov, and Executive Vice President Jon Liebman, including his son Mark Liebman. These issues have not only caused significant inconvenience but also led me to reconsider my future dealings with Infiniti. Despite raising these concerns with the dealership mentioned, nothing was getting accomplished as it was a major waste of our time and energy. The only person that was “open and honest” and kept lines of communications open was Geri. She contacted us on a regular basis, to keep us informed whether the updates were positive or negative and that is the way it should have been addressed by your management team. All you are looking to do is “move a unit” and forget what comes with “moving a unit” is the professionalism of a family business that is local, here in Summit, New Jersey and that follows your three core values, which we never saw.

    John Lato is a very straightforward and easy to work with sales consultant. Just let him know exactly what you need, and he'll work with you every step of the way! There's no pressure, and you can really tell he does his best to make the whole experience as effortless as possible. He truly changed my view on what it is like to enter a car dealership.

    My son and I stopped by Douglas Infinity to look at the Q60 Coupe, and while we were looking over the cars in the showroom, Carey Jackson introduced himself and asked if he could answer any questions that we had. Before we realized it, we were sitting in his office going over their inventory of Q60’s, and it felt as if we had known Carey for years already! He was just so down to earth and easy going; I can actually say that at no time during the two hours we spent with him, did we ever feel any pressure whatsoever! What we came to realize is that Carey is truly a consummate gentleman and professional. He went far beyond our expectations in locating a Q60 that not only fit within our budget, but had the color and options that we wanted! We could not have asked for a more pleasurable car buying experience! Douglas Infinity and Carey Jackson are top notch, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a painless, enjoyable car buying experience!

    I recently visited Douglas Infiniti to test drive a Certified Pre-owned Q40. Was immediately greeted by friendly staff, and was linked up with sales rep Carey Jackson. Carey showed me around and we test drove what is now my new car. Loved the car, and the dealership delivers on all aspects: appearance, cleanliness, and lounge area are all top notch. I would highly recommend Douglas to anyone looking for a better car buying experience.

    I am an BMW man, and was not looking to purchase anything. Carey knew the product well and I almost purchased one. Amazing salesmen, with vast knowledge, the experience was a great one.

    I just purchased my first certified pre-owned Infiniti (Q50) from Carey Jackson at Douglas Infiniti. I can't say enough about the experience. Everyone we met from managers, finance, service, and even other salesmen passing by were great! It was our first time purchasing an Infiniti and they really made us feel welcome and treated us like family. Carey was especially good! He was VERY knowledgeable and honest, which goes a long way with me. This was a really good experience for me and my wife. I highly recommend Douglas Infiniti to anybody in the market for a quality automobile who wants top notch service and a friendly, no hassle atmosphere.

    What a wonderful experience I had at Douglas Infiniti! The moment I was greeted by Jamie I knew I was in great hands for my new vehicle. His personality is so warming that I became confident that I was in the right place for my new purchase. He introduced me to my sales consultant, Carey Jackson who was extremely patient with answering all my questions. Purchasing a car is quite intimidating but not with Carey who made my experience a relaxing and enjoyable one. Well I'm sure you are wondering which vehicle I purchased and if I'm happy with it......Q50 Red Sport ...... what can I say the best Infiniti anyone would love to drive!!!! Make sure you ask for Carey at Douglas well worth his expertise.

    I went to Douglas Infiniti at my colleague's suggestion. I was looking for a new lease to replace my existing G37 lease. I met with Aaron Goodwin who was excellent! He showed me the Q50 3.7 AWD and was able to get me the Hagane Blue model, which I absolutely LOVE. The car looks and drives amazing. The dealership is very Eco-friendly and also has great technology to allow for e-Signatures--which is great for the environment. I look forward to doing more business with Aaron and Douglas Infiniti.

    I have bought a few cars in my day and we all know that feeling of anxiety and annoyance when getting ready to go car shopping. Just the thought of the whole process, all the people you have to deal with, and the typical frustrations in the negotiations can make you want to just keep your current car another year. Well, to my surprise, the whole experience from start to finish was beyond my expectations at Douglas Infiniti. From the greeting when I walked in, to the straight forward but extremely nice and professional demeanor of Carey, in to the finalizing of things with Chris in finance, the team went above and beyond to make everything smooth and simple. Overall my dealings with the team was fantastic and Carey was awesome. The dealership has the process down and while keeping everything to the point, still has great customer experience and remains client and service focused. Thanks for the new wheels!

    Thinking about either buying a new or used car. After shopping at the mall decided to stop by Douglas Infiniti just to look at the QX50. I only had a few minutes before I had to pick up the kids. Salesman (Marty) was very understanding and gave me some good information in a short period of time. No pressure. If I decide to get the QX50 definitely will come back for a test drive.

    I was in for service and needed some repairs. Considering the high mileage on my car and the age of the car, I didn't know if it made sense to invest more money in the car. Alexis was considerate to my situation. She put me in touch with the sales manager and I am in the process of buying a used Infiniti. The money I would have used in my car can now be used for a down payment. The G37 I am interested in also has a warranty which makes me feel more confident. Alexis was honest and walked me through the process. I have even more trust in her knowing she could have pressured me to fix my car but listened to my concerns instead and offered some alternatives. With her help, I am looking forward to remaining a loyal Douglas Infiniti customer

    From the moment that we walked in we were greeted kindly. Our sales person, Marty, took the time to explain all our options and differences between leasing and financing. At the end of the day, we left with a brand new car and everyone was happy. This is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with.

    I leased a QX60 at Douglas a few days ago. My salesman Marty Zucker was very professional, honest and patient. He answered all my questions professionally and in a timely manner, both in person and over e-mail. Douglas is a reputable establishment. I will consider them again in the future.

    Just purchased a 2014 QX60 from Douglas Infiniti, and our experience was great. We worked with Marty Zucker who is one of the most calm, professional, and knowledgeable sales consultants I've ever met. No pressure, was up front about everything, no secrets and he accommodated our wish list. If you are in the market for a new car, stop by Douglas Infiniti in Summit and ask for Marty.
