Dealership Sales Review
I experienced unresponsiveness and a lack of professionalism from General Manager James Sosunov, and Executive Vice President Jon Liebman, including his son Mark Liebman. These issues have not only caused significant inconvenience but also led me to reconsider my future dealings with Infiniti. Despite raising these concerns with the dealership mentioned, nothing was getting accomplished as it was a major waste of our time and energy. The only person that was “open and honest” and kept lines of communications open was Geri. She contacted us on a regular basis, to keep us informed whether the updates were positive or negative and that is the way it should have been addressed by your management team. All you are looking to do is “move a unit” and forget what comes with “moving a unit” is the professionalism of a family business that is local, here in Summit, New Jersey and that follows your three core values, which we never saw.
