by MGCatis on 11/10/2018My husband and I came into Victory Subaru to check out the Forester to upgrade the Toyota Highlander (2007) I was using to commute to work (30 miles each way up and down Rt. 287). Our sales rep Matt was professional, knowledgeable and… helpful. He took the time to help us compare different Subaru models to both the Honda Accord Hybrid, Honda CRV and Toyota Highlander. I am loving driving the 2016 Forester that we selected and am very happy with the service from our sales rep (Matt) in addition to our finance rep whose name I'm blanking on now but I think he is the only one there, service rep (Tom) and manager, Sasha. We were looking for an honest car dealership to work with and I believe we found one at Victory Subaru.Good deal on a used car

Luis did a great job setting up my appointment in quick notice and having Chris ready to go over a car with me when I came… in. Chris did a great job going over a car (that I already did a lot of research into). When going over the car he knew every inch to go over. The team as a whole did a great job understanding this was my first lease and first time signin for a car with no help from my parents. Joe made signing very easy by making conversation and having everything ready to go for me when it was time for business. Definitely recommend you check this team out for your car buying needs!Absolutely the best!

My salesman was attentive, took into account what was important to me (in… addition to the price) and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. The quote they gave me over the internet was very competitive, so our final negotiations over price were also low pressure. One thing I liked as that they had an itemized list of everything that had an associated cost, some were optional, others were not. Their doc fees were a little higher than other dealers, however my final "out the door price" was $500 lower than the other dealers that gave me quotes. The finance department was also excellent, low pressure on any add ons, such as extended warranties etc, and very conscientious to explain everything with the financing, etc.A great dealer and an even better deal

Ed would routinely check up on me via text to offer me insight and support, even on his days… off and after hours. By doing this, I felt that I was in the best of hands which resulted in a purchase I could not be happier with. Zoe was extremely knowledgeable over the phone and came down to assist in the buying process, and made sure that the deal I was offered was the deal I received. both of their diligence and care for the customer crushed all expectations and made a usually stressful process a breeze. We took the car on an informative test drive, and the dealership allowed me to take it to a nearby mechanic to inspect to make sure it was in… good shape. It was. Steven and I worked out a price for the car that I was happy with, and Joe in the Finance Office put the work into getting us a good loan. And we did all this in just a few hours. It was overall a very good experience.Great Outback
