They aren't the type of dealership to add 4,000 on fees like others do, so the price you see online is accurate (+$500 doc fees). I worked with Bilal and he seemed to be honest and… straightforward on what he could and could not do. We must've made him go back and forth to the manager 4-5 times just to get us the best deal. I would recommend working with Bilal and overall recommend Victory Subaru. My only feedback would be the amount of time and paperwork it took for the financing piece! Time to go digital...smoothest car buying experience

by Kathlyb on 09/02/2020We drove from Staten Island to Jersey because the two dealerships we visited on Staten Island didn’t seem to care about our business. One guy even said he didn’t want us to “waste his time” with a test drive unless we were going to buy the… car! The other Staten Island place would only take appointments over the phone. They never called us back. So we drove over the bridge to Victory Subaru in New Jersey. We were Toyota/Honda people but had read good things about Subarus and wanted to test drive the Outback and Forester models. We walked in to Victory Subaru and Bilal helped us out right away. The place was large and clean. Bilal listened to us and let us drive both models. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and not pushy at all. The car we loved was above our price limit and we knew they wouldn’t be able to come down enough. Wrong. They gave us a generous trade-in on our Honda, and we were able to afford our beautiful 2018 Forester. Bilal is a top-notch sales rep. I0/10 would recommend him to anyone. One more thing: everyone we met at Victory was really nice. One of the guys told us it’s a family-run business and the owners are good people To work for. Chris was the most knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met and knows everything there is to know… about the Subaru brand and their vehicles. He has a no pressure, straight shooter attitude and dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. He took the stress and anxiety out of the car buying equation. Vicky Buck, the manager of the finance department, was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Victory Subaru and Chris Sisco to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a great price and a laid back sales approach.Subaru Outback

When I walked in, I was introduced to Chris and told him about the car I wanted… to buy. He went out and brought it out to the front for my wife and I to test drive. He explained every part of the car, inside and out, and all of its functionality, engineering, and features. The test drive went great and returned back to the store. We talked numbers and agreed to something that was good for me and the business. I spent minimal time with the finance team - they also made the whole process very transparent and simple. Signed the docs and drove off with my new vehicle. Love my purchase and love my experience with Victory Subaru!
