Victory Subaru

We drove from Staten Island to Jersey because the two dealerships we visited on Staten Island didn’t seem to care about our business. One guy even said he didn’t want us to “waste his time” with a test drive unless we were going to buy the car! The other Staten Island place would only take appointments over the phone. They never called us back. So we drove over the bridge to Victory Subaru in New Jersey. We were Toyota/Honda people but had read good things about Subarus and wanted to test drive the Outback and Forester models. We walked in to Victory Subaru and Bilal helped us out right away. The place was large and clean. Bilal listened to us and let us drive both models. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and not pushy at all. The car we loved was above our price limit and we knew they wouldn’t be able to come down enough. Wrong. They gave us a generous trade-in on our Honda, and we were able to afford our beautiful 2018 Forester. Bilal is a top-notch sales rep. I0/10 would recommend him to anyone. One more thing: everyone we met at Victory was really nice. One of the guys told us it’s a family-run business and the owners are good people To work for.
