Online communications were helpful and not pushy. Setting up appointments for test drives around my schedule was… convenient. Finally the purchase of the vehicle was smooth and actually enjoyable. Bilal helped make my experience buying my new car one of the easiest ones yet.Best experience ever to buy a new car

He was courteous and prompt and introduced me to Bilal who would soon be the salesman to sell me a 2017 FXT. Bilal was a low… pressure salesman and gave me room to come to a decision without feeling overwhelmed. This dealership was very personable and accommodating and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.Aaron was terrific

We spoke to Vicky prior to us coming over due to having bad experience with a different Sabaru… Dealer to discuss some options we can take, so 1/21/2020 came, walked in, front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel at home, then we met Vicky personally, WOW what a down to earth person, then we were introduced and spoke to Bilal and Anthony M. that went thru our options and worked on how to get the best deal while meeting what we can afford to pay. Words are not enough to thank these people here at Victory Subaru. They made buying easy, We did not feel pressured at all, but actually felt assured that they will make it work. Praise the Lord we were approved and got the 2020 Ascent Unlimited. God works in mysterious ways and uses people to work things out for you. My husband, a Subaru lover and owner himself said he expected nothing less. What we liked about Bilal was that he inquired about… our concerns when buying a car. He also showed us another car that sparked our interest, but even though we did not get it, he did not push us… which we much appreciated. he also worked around our work schedule for us to sign papers and pick up the car.
