    I had confirmed a vehicle's availability the morning before I left for the dealership to place an order. When I got to the dealership I learned that the car had been sold the night before. As of this typing, the car is STILL AVAILABLE on their website. Avoid this dealership. Not worth the aggravation.

    Performance Ford was very helpful in getting me into the truck I wanted. All the people I delt with were true professionals and did a great job. From Steve my salesman to Brian who delivered the truck and Brian in finance it was a job well done.

    Buying a car can be tiring, intimidating, scary...take your pick of many negative emotions. Even coming prepared with paperwork, homework on your vehicle, and prices may not alleviate your fears. I test drove a few different cars and even test drove the model of car I wound up buying from a few different Ford dealers. Performance Ford exceeded many of my expectations. Their internet sales department was informative, and not pushy...our salesman was respectful, and the sales management team did not play any games. I am not sure what a "perfect" car buying experience is, and there was a little pushing at the dealership; which is to be expected...they ARE trying to sell you a car of course... but this dealership was quite respectful. They did not have the exact model I wanted, but they took their time and hunted it down, and then worked with me on prices and delivery dates. Communication was great, and when I came in later on to pick up some documents and a service question...my sales man found me and chatted with me for some time, just asking about my family. Was that his job? Maybe...but he made it seem natural. I would definitely recommend checking out Performance Ford in Randolph...

    Great Dealer to do business with. From Joe S. who sold me the car to Brian B. who handled the finance to Brian T. who showed me everything that I needed to know about my new Explorer. Could not have had a better experience with those 3.

    First, let me say that the car buying process is crazy, but when my wife and I walked into Performance Ford and met Steve, right away I felt at ease. He does not wear tights or a cape, but he is surely my hero. My wife is expecting our first...so it was time to look into trading in my coupe and getting something bigger. I had done a lot of research on the type of SUV we wanted and everything that comes with that process, so I felt ready to "LOOK" at an SUV. Binder in hand, I told him we were shopping for an SUV and weren't really set on one particular, but did have a list of several that we liked, one being the Explorer. "Ok, well you're done shopping" he said. And sure enough...we were. Took a 2013 Explorer Limited for a test drive, got the rundown of the insane amount of features available, got a good deal on my coupe, and just got a good deal overall. So, we were sold. Three weeks in and we could not be happier with our SUV. Steve, Kris, and Brian...if I could equate them to anything it would be the triangle offence of the 90's Bulls...really good teamwork. They made the whole car buying process very easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Performance Ford to anyone in the market for a new car.

    Great team to work with. Helen and I found everyone at Performance Ford to be very Knowledgeable and professional. They took time to understand our needs and helped us find a great new Ford Edge. The car meets all and needs and has no problems. They helped show us all the item a new car owner needs to know about the Edge.

    This dealership is the worst dealership for customer service, sales and car service. They are not above lying, being deicetful in their deals, or treating you like you are taking up their time. My Experience: I was in to buy a car at the 2012 year end. It took an entire day to negotiate down about $2K on a car that had a staus of "dealer ordered". When asked when the car would arrive I got a vague answer of "any day" and "its on a truck as we speak". 5 days go buy and each time we would call, magically everyone would be busy and not one phone call was returned. When my husband went in on day 4 he was told "any day? no it will probably be a week or so". They also kept saying they couldn't check the status of the location of the car or provide an ETA date. My husband even provided them information on exact matches to the car at other dealerships, when we offered to take something in stock. Of course we got nothing from that b/c who wants to lose an year end deal. My husband then went to Ford Corporate and they were told us the car was still at the manufacturing plant and had no ETA date to the dealer. They also stated that all dealerships can log in at any time to check the status of a car. Ford Corporate then called the GM and that is when we finally saw action. Of course it was with an attitude and them stating they would refund our deposit.

    Performance Ford has met all of our car buying expectations. Everyone including our salesman Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. Having someone to show us the car and how everything works was really great and Brian did a great job with that. I would recommend Performance to anyone looking for a new Ford.

    I went to the dealership to purchase either a fusion or a Taurus. Once inside I was greeted by Charlie G. He answered all my questions regarding both cars and the process couldn't have been any easier. I purchased my Taurus and love it! I have never been treated so professionally by a salesman. Charlie and the dealer get an A+ in my book.

    Purchased our new Edge from Performance Ford and could not be happier. From the time we walked in we were treated with courtesy and respect, Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable . We have been back a couple of times to go over the navigation and radio and Brian has been wonderful and taken good care of us. I would recommend Performance Ford to anyone looking for a pleasant experience buying a car.

    After assuring me they had the car and the price offered on the internet, they did not have the car and refused to make it right. They wasted over four hours of my time. Avoid this dealership. It's poorly run.

    I discussed the car on the phone with the manager and made sure to clearly explain that I was driving for over an hour each way and that I needed the bottom line price on the phone. They gave it to me less the 299 for window etching. Aside from that they did have the cheapest car. The problem, as often is the case, was honesty. They tried to scheme an inflated rate on financing to reduce the price by 299 and get it back as a kickback through a higher rate..... Ethics were lacking and the willingness to honor the phone and internet quoted price was non-existent, plus an attitude.

    I went into the dealership very nervous looking for a safe vehicle for my family. After speaking with Jeremiah Hupka and my salesman Eric Florio, I drove off with my 2012 Ford Fusion (in hail might I add) feeling safe and confident (and EXCITED!!!). I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in and speak to either of them. Thanks guys!!!

    Picked up an Edge recently. Dan was very helpful and patient and got us the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed. Brian's walk through was very informative and Chris in finance made sure we were taken care of with the financial end.

    This dealer is the worst of the worst. They set out to deceive you and you have to be alert to every action they take. The information they provide is typically false and they do everything possible to add on excessive costs for needless items.

    What a great dealership. Steve the salesman was patient and actually sold by boyfriend a truck too while we were there. Brian showed me how everything worked in the vehicle and Brian in finance was very helpful and professional.

    In looking for a Ford Edge, Performance was one of the dealership recommended. I contacted them initially via a web inquiry and they we quick to respond and make themselves available for assistance. Of the several dealerships I contacted, ONLY Performance was quick to respond, thorough in follow-up and no too pushy in making sure my needs were being met. I was asked several times if there was anything more they could do to assist me with my purchase. When I arrived onsite I was met by Steve S. I would have no problem recommending him to any of my friends or family. He was professional and detailed. Although car dealerships can be stressful for those of us not in the business, he was easy to communicate and work with. He made my experience as easy as possible, yet made sure I was getting what I wanted. I appreciated his candor regarding the various models, options, and my pricing options. When it is time for me to purchase another car, I would return to Performance and would hope to work with Steve again.
