    I went to Crestmont Toyota after I had already had extensive repairs on my Rav4 post accident, because it was out of alignment way earlier than it should’ve been. They discovered that the repair hadn’t been completed and gave me detailed diagnostic paperwork showing my tire was out by two degrees. They quoted me a very reasonable price and got me in the next day. Now my car drives as good as the day I drove it off the lot and because of the irrefutable diagnostics, my insurance company paid for the supplemental claim. Very glad to have found this service department and will be using them from now on. The whole staff is warm and welcoming. No shady vibe - just competent, and efficient service.

    Crestmont Service Department has numerous ways to book service appointment over the phone and online. Staff is pleasant and professional. Work is excellent. I brought my Rava4 in for oil change and tire rotation. They did an inspection and provided a report. They check tire pressure and topped washer fluid. They offer a shuttle ride to home or work if you choose not to wait in the waiting area as well as car rental options. The waiting area has television, WiFi, free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There are newspapers to read. There are couple of cubicles available yo work at while you wait.

    Jeremy was very helpful, kind, and easy to deal with. Shuttle service was appreciated. More expensive, but I feel safer having work done at the dealership

    Had a minor recall, Roger W was extremely polite and helpful from start to finish. Travis provided me a nice loaner car for the day and my car was fixed by end of day as promised. Counter staff and Valets were also very polite making the entire experience very pleasant. Thank you!

    The service staff and mechanics at Crestmont Toyota are top notch! I have always been treated courteously and professionally. Their diagnostics are spot on! All work is quoted up front and is done expediently. There is never a question as to the quality of work. Never a return. And pricing is reasonable. When we are in the market for a new Toyota, we will definitely purchase it from Crestmont, not only for the quality that Toyota is known for, but for the first rate service Crestmont provides!

  • Getting my 2008 Tacoma ready for it’s 2nd 100K at Crestmont Toyota

    Although I have done most of my own routine maintenance and repairs since I bought my Tacoma, I’m getting older and cannot get around like I used to. So I decided to bring the pickup to Crestmont at 117,500 miles to check everything out. A lot needed to be done. Diffs and transfer case, exhaust getting noisy, steering getting stiff, brake fluid and antifreeze replacements and other items needed to be checked. Roger, the service writer sat down with his A mechanic and we went through everything. Certain items I thought were to be updated or repaired, did not require it and there were a other maintenance items that were suggested that I agreed to. In the end, all of the work was done in 24 hours and when I drove the pickup home the following day, it drove and sounded like it did when I bought it 10 years ago. I am fully confident, this pickup is ready for its next 100K and I’ll be bringing it back to Crestmont!

    Getting your car serviced is not most people's favorite thing to do, but at Toyota Crestmont makes you feel so painless. The are professional, efficient and friendly staff.Two thumbs up to the gentleman who assisted me, Roger Wisnewski and the mechanics who were working in the back :-). He got my car in and out in no time and explained what's needed to be done. He is polite, friendly and greet everyone with smiles. I will definitely recommend Toyota Cresmont. I purchased 3 cars from this dealership in the past 4 years! I also appreciate the follow-up phone call after the service was completed. Proof that they want to make sure that everything was fine with the service performed.

    Some weeks ago when my 2003 Corolla had a new battery installed at Crestmont , I asked the service person if the car was worth keeping. After an “exam” he gave a list of items which he thought would put the car in fine and safe condition. There was no pressure at all to do the work. Several weeks later I had all the work "done. It was done in one day, at the estimated price but with a discount , plus a complimentary wash ! Very satisfied.

    roger wisnewski did at great job getting me started by explaining what needed to be done. what the price was and how long it would take to compete.he got me a rental car free and called me when the car was finished. I left feeling my car was in good hands. Every thing was done to my satisfaction and roger was my new best friend.

  • Stress Crack windshield replacement on a 2015 Corolla after 18000 miles

    The windshield on our 2015 Toyota got a Stress Crack at about 18,000 miles and Crestmont Toyota's Adviser Jason said on Friday April 17th that they will order the glass and it will be replaced under warranty on Tuesday April 21st. When I tried to call on Tue, I cannot find Jason, talked to a guy named James twice, another person twice, they all directed me to Roger's (the service manager) voice mail and I had nowhere to go. I had to call Toyota Main line and filed a complaint about the issue. Toyota called them and while I was on a call with Toyota, Roger called me and was bossing me around like he was doing me a favor. Even then, the Glass replacement guy will be there at 4 PM and I have to leave the car overnight.This is the pathetic most Service dept I have ever dealt with and I will never go back there again for service or buying cars for my Driving School. I give them ZERO stars for their pathetic job on this. by the way, my car has been grounded for four days now and is out of commission since the crack got even bigger by the time I reached back to my office.
