The are professional, efficient and friendly staff.Two thumbs up to the gentleman who assisted me, Roger Wisnewski and the mechanics who were working in the back :-). He got my car in and out in no time and explained what's needed to be done. He is polite, friendly and greet everyone with smiles. I will definitely recommend Toyota Cresmont. I purchased 3 cars from this dealership in the past 4 years! I also appreciate the follow-up phone call after the service was completed.
