I had made an appointment online to make sure I had a 'spot'. I didn't realize there was a change to the website and now there is no room to add written text. I wanted to make Service aware that I had coupons. Please put that feature back on your website. I didn't know that there was Express service until I got to the dealership. Once they saw what I needed done, I was directed to the Express desk. What a great idea for those that are just having routine things done (oil change, tire rotation). I like to wait for my car and the waiting area is clean and bright. And wow! The huge TV that is now there! So easy to see. And the total car wash service is fantastic. I was so pleasantly surprised to see that the interior was washed as well. Keep up the great work.
