If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

Elvis the salesman was GREAT! no pressure, he showed us exactly what we were looking for and my mom who the car is for loved it and without any pressure to buy we gave Elvis… our goal price and he came back with his manager Pete shook our hands and thanked us for purchasing from DCH Honda. He had to order the car because he didn’t have the color my mom wanted so we put our deposit down and 2 weeks later he called (earlier than expected)and the car was in and to come sign the papers and pickup the car, well during the 2 weeks my mom had a health issue and was in the hospital so Elvis came all the way to Bloomingdale with the papers for my mom to sign we then drove back to the dealer and the new car pulled up just as I got there, he explained all the features about the car, put the temporary plates on shook my hand and thanked me for purchasing the vehicle from his dealership DCH Honda. I drove away with a big smile and happy. The whole transaction from beginning to end was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Elvis and DCH Honda for your next car purchase!Great dealer

He knew exactly what I wanted and remained completely honest throughout the buying… process. Even when it came down to signing the documents he went over all of the papers with me so I can understand as a first time buyer and made everything very easy. We decided on a Honda and then went to a dealership which did not quite meet our… expectations. I looked up other Honda dealerships in the area and saw DCH Paramus...and read many of the reviews. I was sold and connected with a rep online who informed me that the dealership had the SUV that I was looking for. Unfortunately, by the time my husband and I went...the car was taken. Fortunately we sat & spoke with Manny who was great in taking us around and showing us the color that was an alternative to the color I had my heart set on. He was VERY patient and VERY knowledgeable, and helped to get us set up with reserving another car. Well...we got the car and financing. The color turned out to be even better than expected and we are very happy! My salesperson Dennis Estrada catered to my every need and certainly went above and beyond for me. He… allowed me to contact him on his personal cell even when he was not working regarding updates of my vehicle purchase. Dennis was able to make the car I wanted affordable so I was able to purchase it within my budget. He also spent the time to go over the details of the vehicle so I was familiar with how everything worked before I left the dealership. by Safety First on 04/26/2022DCH Paramus sold me a car that came to a complete stop without warning in the middle of a fast moving highway, just narrowly avoiding a multi-car pile up. TURNS OUT, THE ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE CAR IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE UNTIL THE… ENGINE IS REPLACED. The car also required 4 pages worth of other repairs. It turns out, there was metal in the engine at the time of purchase - 3 months prior to the car stopping in the middle of the busy highway. Yet, I made several attempts to get DCH to contribute to the 4 pages of necessary repairs and DCH failed to contribute even a penny.1st Time at a Dealership!

He did not take advantage of a young college kid or try to force a deal. Because of this, there was never a moment where I felt like I was… making the wrong decision. As a first time buyer, I am pleased that Manny made the whole buying experience as smooth as possible. I went to other dealers and felt like they were taking advantage of me and extremely unwelcoming. Manny was super helpful and made me feel welcomed. UPDATE - I am very happy with the fact that the dealership reached out and timely resolved my concerns. It shows that they take customer satisfaction very seriously, which is especially important when buying a car. Definitely a 5 star dealership!
