DCH Paramus Honda

We went to DCH Honda Paramus looking for a car for our son. What a great car shopping experience we had. Everything went so smoothly & we didn’t feel pressured or disappointed at all given the current challenges with availability & pricing dealerships are facing nowadays. Our Sales Representative Brandon Lopes did everything he could to meet our needs - from locating a car for us still on transit to helping us decide with the trim & our color options. He really took the time out to make sure we will get the car we really wanted. He was very candid to us with their inventory situation & he didn’t made us feel pressured to enter into a deal first before securing a car for us. He helped us to negotiate a fair price with the manager making sure we are happy with the purchase price. To cap it all, we were told the car he located for us will be arriving later part of the coming week but to our surprise, early Monday morning he notified us that the car came in and ready for pick up at our available time. So in 5 days(Saturday to Wednesday) we completed this whole car shopping experience which is rarity or lucky to have nowadays.
