If you’re going to spend hours at a car dealership, do yourself a favor and make sure Hamad is your guy. He somehow managed to make the entire leasing process not only painless but actually fun—equal parts sarcastic banter, sharp humor, and… genuine expertise. He didn’t just hand me the keys and wave; he gave me a full tour of my Honda’s features (which I know is definitely not the standard) and made sure I left knowing how to use every bell and whistle. He’s knowledgeable, available for follow-up questions, and just the right amount of sarcastic to keep you entertained while signing your life away.
Huge thanks as well to Lenny, the manager, who was a pleasure to work with, and Carlos in financing, who made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Between the three of them, they somehow made car shopping feel less like a chore and more like hanging out with people you actually want to be around. Five stars, but only because they don’t let you give six.

And specifically, we came to DCH to work with Hamad again on our second Honda purchase. The experience was pleasant,… and we appreciated that he remembered us. He was accommodating given our two young children. The whole process was as seamless as we could have expected, and we were able to get the car that we wanted. Hamad sat in the car and made sure to show us all the features in the car, ensuring that we were comfortable with how it was set up prior to driving off the lot.BEST IN THE EAST

Kay Mercado was my sales person along and finance agent, Jerrod Hurley who were extremely professional, and kind. The process was fast not because… I was rushed but because their transparency and professionalism put me at ease. Kay took her time to connect to the things I wanted in the car and was genuinely interested in my wants and concerns about the process. Jerrod was friendly and extremely helpful. He explained the whole process clearly and made us feel calm during a process that in my past lease was less than pleasant. The 5 Stars belong to them two (2). They are the kind of employees every dealership should have. And they are the reason why I would 100% recommend this dealership for car leasing and buying.The Dude Did it Again
