DCH Paramus Honda

On 01/18/2023 I leased a car from DCH Paramus Honda. My experience was beyond amazing. Kay Mercado was my sales person along and finance agent, Jerrod Hurley who were extremely professional, and kind. The process was fast not because I was rushed but because their transparency and professionalism put me at ease. Kay took her time to connect to the things I wanted in the car and was genuinely interested in my wants and concerns about the process. Jerrod was friendly and extremely helpful. He explained the whole process clearly and made us feel calm during a process that in my past lease was less than pleasant. The 5 Stars belong to them two (2). They are the kind of employees every dealership should have. And they are the reason why I would 100% recommend this dealership for car leasing and buying.
