If you’re going to spend hours at a car dealership, do yourself a favor and make sure Hamad is your guy. He somehow managed to make the entire leasing process not only painless but actually fun—equal parts sarcastic banter, sharp humor, and… genuine expertise. He didn’t just hand me the keys and wave; he gave me a full tour of my Honda’s features (which I know is definitely not the standard) and made sure I left knowing how to use every bell and whistle. He’s knowledgeable, available for follow-up questions, and just the right amount of sarcastic to keep you entertained while signing your life away.
Huge thanks as well to Lenny, the manager, who was a pleasure to work with, and Carlos in financing, who made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Between the three of them, they somehow made car shopping feel less like a chore and more like hanging out with people you actually want to be around. Five stars, but only because they don’t let you give six.

Helped me find my new car

We came in thinking we wanted the Civic, but Hamad was great at guiding us through all of our options, and we ended up going with the Accord. Once we… decided on the car, Hamad sat with me for hours going through all of the features of the car, and he didn’t leave until he was sure I had it down. He also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thanks for all the help!Brand New Honda Civic 2023

So now that I needed to upgrade my vehicle, my daughter and I went back, and it was another fantastic experience. Omari,… our sales agent, was excellent! He is courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he tries to get us the best possible deal. He did everything for us so we could drive away with our new car without the hassle. Jerrod, the manager who finalized our financing and documents, was excellent! He created a great atmosphere that puts us at ease. Overall it was a fantastic experience and a great day.Best experience!!

Both times he has not rushed us and he takes the time to explain all details on the quote and all the car’s… features and how to use them. He definitely worked with us to get us a deal we were happy and satisfied with. We will definitely be returning! We recommend Honda Paramus (the whole team has always been great) and particularly Hamad.Ask for Manny!
