Osvandy Arias, Kevin Rodriguez, and their manager John T. were terrific people to work with throughout my first-time buyer experience. Osvandy showed me all the bells and whistles of the Honda CR-V Hybrid touring offers before I made a purchase. The test drive was a wonderful experience like none other. After all, Osvandy made it feel like I was driving another family member as he described the car features without overbearing me and just gave me the straight facts when it came to questions about any missing features of the vehicle compared to other cars available at this time. Kelvin was very clear with all the finance options and what other warranties I could purchase. I never felt rushed throughout the experience, and the manager was lovely to meet and address my concerns with a smile. Appreciate all of their work and how they resolved issues given their time constraints trying to cater to hundreds of potential buyers.
