If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

I have been car shopping from dealer to dealer, surfing the net, checking reviews from consumer reports the whole week and I kept going back to Paramus… Honda as I felt Elie was honest, no hidden costs, highly professional, accomodating and answered all my answers. I was approached soon upon entering the deaIership by Eddie Santiago, and… was able to test drive the 2008 Honda CRV within 5 mins thereafter. They took all my wants into consideration and was willing to work with me regarding the financing aspects. DCH Paramus Honda was able and willing to locate and bring back the exact car, color and make I wanted. Even when given my situation, they were able to hold the car for me until i came up with my complete down payment without any issues. When i came back few days later, Eddie Santiago went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction and a happy customer. He was able to ensure that I would be able to leave with my car that day, and even helped me with the insurance set up. I love my new CRV, and couldn't have asked for better service. Kadir Karagoz helped us out with a test drive and we decided to buy the car that day. We were conflicted… about the color, and Kadir was extremely patient while we decided on the blue pearl. He made it possible for us to drive it off the lot that day, which was a huge plus. Joe Cerreta took us through the financing process and couldn't have made us feel more comfortable. It was truly a pleasure doing business with him. Our daughters were entertained in the waiting area with hot chocolates and T.V. Kadir brought us out to the car when all was said and done, and even helped me with the side view mirror adjustments. He paid attention to detail and was very thorough. I highly recommend this dealership.GREAT DEALERSHIP!!

My salesperson was Dave Karajelian, and while he has only been working at DCH for a little… over 2 months, he answered every question I asked. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson, they should find more car salesman like him! by svofan2 on 04/05/2008I just bought a 2008 Honda Fit Sport from DCH PAramus in NJ...no one could even come close to DCH pricing.....the sales expirience was the best..and I should know I do this stuff just about every 3 years and I have never expirienced such… level of service at the sales front...this people are what sales should be sell and sell a lot of cars....they believe in volume sales so the competition can't come even close. yes I sound overly excited and I am entitled since they were fenomenally accomodating...to the point that I tested the Fit (red) they had on the lot and it had a squeak under the dash during my test drive....they went out of the way and got me another from 2 of the lots they have...and then...asked me to try and see if I was happy with the other...Excellent sales department

He was knowledgeable about the car and knew his way around the… experience. When it came time to pick colors he drove our family out to the lot to see the cars in person. He delivered the car well and we had a very pleasant experience. I still cringe when the F&I guys try to throw in things you dont want. It almost made me want to walk out because I was promised "no suprises". I know this is how dealers drive profit but it makes me crazy. Thats about it RichThanks Edmunds for making a difference!

Car dealerships have some of the least desirable reputations of any business. I was so glad to find such a professional and… honest one (yes, Im using those words to describe a car dealership). Sam Kandous went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. When it was time to meet with the financial manager, I said to myself, I guess the fairy tell had to end at some point. In our previous experience the financial manager was a rapacious salesman pushing every option and accessory he could think of. However, we were more than pleasantly surprised by Ms. Martha Batista! Ive talked to some friends about the way she treated us and the consensus is that she is very unique and without a doubt one of the best in the business. We wholeheartedly recommend DHC Paramus Honda to anyone whos ready for a wonderful car shopping experience.Five Star

However, this was the second time in 5 years that I've been to this dealership and bought a new car somewhere else. The salesman (Larry) was very… nice, but when it came to negotiating a price with the Sales Manager, it was a take it or leave it attitude. I consider myself lucky to have had such a great salesperson to work with, considering i wasn't such an easy case. He worked amazingly with my small budget, and went above… and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. I'm a young girl, with almost zero car buying/leasing experience, however i did not feel taken advantage of even once. I got an amazing deal because of the hard work and caring that Hamad put in.
