DCH Paramus Honda

We went to several Honda dealers before DCH because they were closer to home and we previously bought an Accord from one. I decided to head to DCH because we were treated very badly by 2 other Honda dealers. This was the best experience I ever had buying a car. They had the exact car I wanted with all the features. I did my homework so I knew what a decent price was for the Odyssey. DCH met that price and the whole transaction was professional and friendly. Our salesman, Elie Kass-elias really made the difference. There was no pressure, just information and a little give and take. Other dealers annoyed the hell out of me regarding my Acura trade-in (one guy snidely remarked that I should try selling used cars after I told him the trade-in value was unacceptable). Elie and DCH was professional about it and worked with me to get a deal done satisfactory to both sides. When my wife and I went to pick up our Odyssey, Elie spent upwards of 40 minutes showing my wife how all the features worked. He even set up our two cell phones with the blue tooth. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
