If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

I'm a very indecisive person and he had a lot of patience with me and seemed like he genuinely cared about my happiness.… Hamad took the time to sit down and show me all the new features in my car and was very knowledgeable about the Honda Civic I purchased. Every other dealership I have went to, I have got the feeling of them trying to rip me… off and at the end of the day, their job is to do that but at Honda of Paramus, I didn't get that at all. I left that dealership knowing I received an amazing deal! Hamad explained everything thoroughly and took his time with me. Even after completing everything, he stood in the freezing cold while I sat in the car and explained EVERY feature the car had and how to use them. He was amazing and had so much knowledge. Not just with Hondas but also with other cars. I will never deal with any other dealership and thats simply because I would never want to deal with another dealer other than Hamad. As we were interested with the Honda Sensing features, Hamad arranged for a test drive on an equipped vehicle and walked us… through all the features. He was very knowledgeable and helped to make sure we understood how everything worked. Additionally, Hamad worked with us on the various leasing/financing options available, answered all the questions that we had, and made sure we were comfortable and happy with all the details. He was very professional throughout the process, and we very much appreciated his patience and effort to help us secure the best deal. When we took delivery of the vehicle, Hamad helped us to get set up with the vehicle features including Honda Sense/Bluetooth, etc before we left the dealership. He has also made himself available for any follow-up questions on the vehicle's features and operation. First time in 14 years buying a new car, so needless to say I was overwhelmed by the differences in today's cars, and my 2004 CR-V. There… was no pressure put on us to buy, but Hamad was very helpful in showing us the features and benefits of the 2017 Accord and 2016 CR-V. We returned a week later and purchased the Accord. It was the last day of the year, so it was busy. But we were able to leave that day in our new car and are very happy with the service and the fair price.Bre was awesome!

Once I spoke to Wael I came back to the dealer and Wael made everything right. He fixed the… headlights bulbs, replaced windshield wipers, replaced 4 tires and replaced a molding around the windshield that was falling off. I am glad that we were able to come to a common ground because I did buy a great truck which I am very happy with. I got to the dealer at 8pm and the team there did not rush me once by the time everything was signed we left there almost at 11pm. Thank you !First Time Leasing - Great Experience

He patiently answered all our rookie questions related to the car and to the lease… terms and made us feel secure in our purchase. He even arranged our insurance for us on the day. Then on the day of delivery, Hamad delivered the car to our home and explained all the features to us including the pairing of our phones for hands free use, and even using SIRI on iphone hands free - which, it turns out, is an invaluable feature. We would highly recommend Hamad and DCH Paramus Honda.
