If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

I have been a customer at DCH for years buying my oem parts for my preowned 97 Accord. 3 years ago we bought a brand new 2014 CRV and it has been great all around. Recently, due to an accident… my second Honda which was totaled forced me to car shop. I had no plans on getting back into a Honda as I wanted to get a Ford/Lincoln suv a try.. I decided to go to Honda just to look and see what was new for 2018 and feel in love with the new Accord. After, years of seeing Honda look good but average it finally got this one right. I financed my touring 2.0 and drove off not one bit worried about my purchase. Thank you for restoring my faith in the Honda brand. Every staff member was friendly and approached me immediately in order to find out what I was looking for. I bought… a used car about three years ago and it had begun to cause me many mechanical issues. Many people advised me that the best thing to do was to lease a car. Although I have heard awful things about leasing cars, Carlos G. at DCH Paramus Honda made sure that I understood what leasing a car meant. Carlos was very patient and made sure to ask what my needs and wants were, as well as helped me find a car that I could afford and that I would be comfortable in. Today, almost a week later I am a proud lessee of a 2017 Honda Civic and I do not regret it! Our family has been dealing with Hamad for several years, and he is very good at his job.… Hes always thoughtful in answering any questions about what youre buying. He follows up very well, and leaves nothing to chance in your purchase. Questions, he cant answer, are resolved by him after seeking the proper resource. He makes the whole process much easier. Even though we changed our choice in color, he was able to pull the other car out of the warehouse even though it was close to closing time. by ao555 on 09/27/2017The sales people needlessly wasted our time--will not be buying from them. My wife and I scheduled time off work on a weekday to test drive a new Honda Pilot. I made an appointment through the Internet sales person and arrived on time. We… were interested in finding out about the Honda Sensing package features as we were comparing them to Toyota Safety Sense, so had a lot of questions. When we checked in, we spoke briefly to a manager who assigned us to a Korean sales person who greeted us in Korean. Although my wife and I are Korean-American, we don't speak Korean very well and said we need someone who could speak English. The sales person said that was ok and showed us to the car. When we began the test drive and we started asking about the trim levels and how to engage the safety features like lane watch and adaptive cruise control, we quickly realized our sales person did not speak English. We were left frustrated trying to explain our questions and could not understand what he was saying. Why did these people assign us to a sales person who could not speak English? We didn't ask for a Korean sales person, and we specifically told them we couldn't speak Korean and needed someone that could speak English. Just because we looked Asian and because of our last name, we were forced to get someone that couldn't speak English and completely wasted our time. It makes no sense to me--the manager who spoke to us could obviously tell we were English speakers (my wife and I have no accent) and he assigned us anyways basically because of our ethnicity and completely wasted our time. Even after we let the sales person know, he didn't try to find an English-speaking associate (there were plenty of sales people standing around, from what we could tell). Because of these [non-permissible content removed], we need to take more time off of work and go to a different Honda dealer for a more informative test drive. If we do end up getting a Pilot, it won't be from these guys.Extremely happy
