Bought our new car from DCH Paramus Honda dealership in December, 2017. Maria Alcantara, our salesperson, was delightful during this purchasing experience. She was patient, informative, courteous and made this one of the best ever car buying experiences in my life time. When I expressed a need to purchase door protection moulding from the parts department for my installation, she assisted me with a discount. Further, I forgot to remove my EZ Pass from my trade-in when the car was sent to the storage lot. This lady went into action and retrieved it for me. Her assistance was helpful and beyond what was expected. She personally made me a happy customer especially with a not-to beaten car discount.
