If you’re going to spend hours at a car dealership, do yourself a favor and make sure Hamad is your guy. He somehow managed to make the entire leasing process not only painless but actually fun—equal parts sarcastic banter, sharp humor, and… genuine expertise. He didn’t just hand me the keys and wave; he gave me a full tour of my Honda’s features (which I know is definitely not the standard) and made sure I left knowing how to use every bell and whistle. He’s knowledgeable, available for follow-up questions, and just the right amount of sarcastic to keep you entertained while signing your life away.
Huge thanks as well to Lenny, the manager, who was a pleasure to work with, and Carlos in financing, who made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Between the three of them, they somehow made car shopping feel less like a chore and more like hanging out with people you actually want to be around. Five stars, but only because they don’t let you give six.

But Carlos asked if I had ever considered a Honda. We test drove a Honda CRV Ex and the rest is history. Even my… insurance agent was shocked. Carlos made me feel very at home and with no pressure while at the dealership discussing options and financing. The test drive was the best as Carlos went over all the numerous safety options and innovations within the vehicle. Even after y purchase Carlos and his team contacted me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and if there was anything else I needed. Awesome attention to detail. I also want to mention the outstanding service I received when picking up the new vehicle. I had the pleasure of meeting Weatherly Delrosano; she made sure that all of my vehicle settings were setup, fine tuned and went into detail about the car safety features. She went over the Assisted Crusie Control operation and setup, the Infotainment settings, we even setup three cell phones with the system to make sure we were good to go. Weatherly made sure we knew we knew what how to operate every button and screen app before we left the dealership. Another awesome team member of the DCH Paramus dealership. While waiting for our car to be serviced we went to speak with… Wael Yunes about financing a new car, he's helped us in the past and he's another person who's always gone the extra mile! Wael took us to Carlos Gonzalez who helped us move along the process of securing a new Honda. He was very informative and went over every detail with us. Another excellent member to the Honda team! We were also helped by Darwish Mustafa and Laura Santos, who went above and beyond! !! Honestly we spent the day at Honda and every last person we encountered was fantastic! This is why I stick to Honda and especially stick to DCH Honda Paramus!Great buy!

I can in with a over priced car paying ridiculous money and Im driving out with a brand new 2018 . Mr. Rodriguez… the finance specialist explained every single aspect of my contract before having me sign & the wonderful Weatherly explained and helped me with showing me how to used the new features on my car . Cant forget a very polite gentleman Haram that made sure my car was sparkly clean . I cant express my gratitude from beginning to finish the overall experience was PERFECT. He brought over the sales MGR and we had a deal done within 30 minutes or so. Also the finance man Jerrod Hurley was… incredibly nice and was flexible with the dollar amounts for packages that i I did want. When i wanted proof of gap insurance because it was not in the contract, He went to look for proof of gap insurance and gave it to me. Jerrod/Kadir were two real gentleman/professionals. I was very impressed by this dealer knowing it is a difficult business to be in.Great Experience! Stress free

by arielself on 05/10/2018When I walked in the door, Maria Alcantara guided me though the dealership 100% from start to finish. Upon arriving, I was unsure which car I wanted to invest in.. I asked about multiple vehicles and their finishes/prices, Maria answered… every one of my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found out for me. Since Honda has so many different makes/models.. I realize I might have been a little difficult asking to see certain kinds more than once which meant we had to go outside a bunch of times in the 95 degree weather. None-the-less, Maria was extremely kind SO patient with me. Once I picked my favorite car and our transaction was finalized, she followed up with me the day after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The gentleman who handled my finances, Robert Tranquilli, was awesome too! He made sure I was comfortable with the price and additions. As well, he offered protection plans thatll help me should anything happen to my car in the future. People dream of walking into a car dealership and hope to not get bombarded or ripped off I can thankfully say that my experience at DHC Honda was 5 Stars +!
