If you're looking for a car, look no further than Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda, he is simply the best. My mom and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hamad, and we are so grateful for his exceptional service, patience, and… professionalism throughout the entire process.
From the moment we arrived, Hamad took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect car within our budget. He spent the entire day with us, walking us through every detail and test driving the car to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. He allowed us to bring in a mechanic to inspect the car, which gave us so much peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare to find.
On top of that, Hamad went above and beyond by helping us apply for car insurance and giving us a full tour of the car, making sure we knew exactly how everything worked before driving off the lot.

We had a family emergency in the middle of our buying process and everyone was very nice… and helpful and concerned about our family. I initially visited Honda in West New York, NJ, and had a pushy salesman that attempted to pressure me into giving him my credit card moments after meeting. Diego, however, was patient, helpful… and sensitive to my budget. He even spent his day off assisting me, ensuring that I went home with the car that I absolutely love. Weatherly was also amazing to work with. She was informative, thorough and patient as she stayed after office hours with me. She ensured that I understood exactly how to use all functions of my new car. I have been to most Honda dealers in the North Jersey area and I can say with all honesty and confidence that there is no better service or price than DCH Paramus. I leased an Accord from them last year after shopping… around and I just went back this month and we leased a Civic for my brother with all confidence that I received the best service and price. by KenPewPew on 01/02/2018We were in the market for 2018 CR-V. I got the quotation through the Internet and we came in with preparation to purchase. When we walked in we were greeted by Greg - this down to earth guy who really put us at ease immediately. He doesn't… brag, doesn't speak with a loud voice, doesn't exaggerate like most car sales person do (sorry most car sales person). He invited us to sit down and he pulled up our records. Initially I wanted to talk to the person that I did the deal with over the Internet and then phone, and Greg know enough to bring that person out to introduce himself before formally introduce us to Greg. Greg went to get a CR-V for us to test drive. We test drive the SUV - Greg was giving us recommendations on where to go, and are quick to answer any question that we have. I like Greg because he is really easy to talk to, very down to earth person and never gets upset over anything. I was a bit annoyed when in the final offer, there were some admin fees that I did not expect and Greg smoothly resolves it for us - no excuse given, only with the promise that he would try his best to convey our request to the right person. He took our old car to be appraised (took quite a while as the dealership was really busy) came back, smiling and apologetic - then proceed to do our paperwork. Totally relax and calm, never restless. Greg is the kind of person who knows his customer as he was never pushy - he knew that we have done our research before going to the dealership. He is just there to facilitate the process of buying a new vehicle - and he made it so easy for us. Greg answered all our questions patiently - took me out to see the two CR-V with shades of grey that I have to see to decide. It was super cold out there but he cheerfully walked me from one car to another. Also, while we were completing our paperwork with some finance person, Greg proactively took a step to remove all the stuff from our old SUV (we have quite a bit of stuff as we traveled with our dogs a lot) and place it in the back of our new ride. When we got out from the finance department - Greg told us that we are all ready to go : ) he got the stuff moved while he was waiting for us. Really awesome guy to work with. Never get upset or riled up on anything. Always with a smile - this guy is really down to earth! We drove our new ride out feeling happy and satisfied. We had to bring the title of the old car the next day - and hey it is Greg and his grey beanie hat again : ) It was so nice to see him - even though the process of obtaining a new SUV took a long time the day before. She was patient, informative, courteous and made this one of the best ever car… buying experiences in my life time. When I expressed a need to purchase door protection moulding from the parts department for my installation, she assisted me with a discount. Further, I forgot to remove my EZ Pass from my trade-in when the car was sent to the storage lot. This lady went into action and retrieved it for me. Her assistance was helpful and beyond what was expected. She personally made me a happy customer especially with a not-to beaten car discount. First, I went to see a VW Atlas and a Kia Sorento at 2 other dealers, then I went to see the Honda Pilot last. I thought I was… going to go in and leave with nothing, since there were no deals, and the other 2 dealers did have specials. Plus, I've heard from many that Pilots were expensive. With my 2nd child on the way I need the space but also a budget. I explained to, Hamad what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay. He worked his magic with his, awesome, manager, Lenny and I left with a beautiful 2017 Pilot. I appreciate the 2 of them listening and delivering. Also, I probably drove Hamad a bit crazy, but he has the best sense of humor and even went out of his way to find me a big red bow so I can take a picture of it on my Pilot, which was a Christmas gift from my wonderful husband. I highly recommend DCH Paramas and Hamad Deeb.
