Kadir our sales rep was very polite/upfront. I told him that i did not want to haggle having been in the business before. He brought over the sales MGR and we had a deal done within 30 minutes or so. Also the finance man Jerrod Hurley was incredibly nice and was flexible with the dollar amounts for packages that i I did want. When i wanted proof of gap insurance because it was not in the contract, He went to look for proof of gap insurance and gave it to me. Jerrod/Kadir were two real gentleman/professionals. I was very impressed by this dealer knowing it is a difficult business to be in.
