Horrible dealership and experience
by Joe on 11/13/2024If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don't know how they're still in business, especially with Milton the sales manager who is horrendous. I had the worst buying experience ever there. Between the [non-permissible content… removed] sales manager and the [non-permissible content removed] salesman. I went to take a Jeep grand Cherokee for a test drive. The salesman told me to stop at the gas station and put $5 of gas in the tank. This was crazy and extremely unprofessional to me. After going back to purchase the truck. I was told that there was 2 people in front of me for the finance department and to come back at 7 o'clock. I went back at 6:45. They gave me the runaround and stalled. The finance lady told me that she told the salesman to call me and to go back another day because she was too backed up. The salesman Jimmy Jackson did not call me. I was at the dealership until 11 o'clock pm. As I was talking to the finance lady, they were trying to charge me a window etching charge. This was a used vehicle and that charge was already paid for. She called the sales manager, Milton. He told her " make the deal, don't make the deal. I don't give [non-permissible content removed]. I'm tired and I wanna go home". Because of their incompetence, I was there until 11 PM at night and they made it seem like it was my fault that they were there that late when it was in fact their own fault. The salesman Jimmy Jackson also promised me a second key as they only had one key. This was of course, another lie. He also asked me for a ride to the bus stop. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and not willing to work with their customers. Buying a car should be somewhat fun, with this dealership It was nothing but aggravating. I would stay very far away from this dealership. There's plenty of other dealerships that will treat you fairly. This is definitely not one of them. I should have listened to the reviews that I read. I'm writing this review to inform people so they do not have the same terrible experience that I had. Customer care is useless, and any complaint will fall on deaf ears. by BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP on 05/07/2020BUYERS BEWARE, I purchased a certified pre owned car from this dealership on February 1, 2020. Less than a month later, my car started to make a grinding noise upon starting up the car in the mornings. Needless to say, after a total of 4… visits, the dealership still is unable to diagnose and solve the issue. No one at this dealership has been of any help is fixing my issue. I have been trying to get in touch with Healther Curcio, in the service department, she ignores all correspondence. I was advised to try and contact Milton, after leaving Milton a few voice-mail and getting absolutely no response. I got the phone number for Warren Talmo, who is Milton's boss. I gave Mr. Talmo a phone call, never received a call back from Mr. Talmo. Instead, Warren Talmo had Milton call me back for the sole purpose of asking how I got his phone number and showed zero concerned about my reoccuring issue or the reputation of the dealership. Milton advised me to file a Lemon Law claim. Mind you, my vehicle purchase was less than 2 months old. The dealership claimed to have inspected the car and labeled it certified. This showed that the "Certified" label at Route 4 Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Paramus, is meaningless and they do not stand by their Certificatons. After leaving a review on another auto dealership review site, the dealerships general manager Dean Redmond responded asking me to email him with my concerns. I did just that, and still to thus day Mr. Redmond has not responded to my email. My advise to anyone looking to do business with Route 4 Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Paramus... LOOK ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, AVOID THE HEADACHE.Misled sale BEWARE!

My girlfriend and I came into this dealership Labor Day weekend as we were in the area and thought we'd see if there were any holiday weekend deals as I was nearing the end of my Jeep lease. I walked out of there thinking my old… lease was taken care of with no surprises as discussed with the salesman. They had me believing I walked out of there with a great deal, or so I thought. Two months later I get a bill from my old lease asking for $1,000 that I owe for wear and tear. When negotiating with the salesman I was under the impression that all was taken care of as at Rt 46 Jeep they've always taken care of this. My mistake for changing dealerships. When asking this dealership to please pay the $1000 bill I received they told me they do not take care of wear and tear and "do not like to discuss it with the customer" as they do not want to be responsible. If they do not take care of wear and tear then they should have gave me a walk through and said "by the way, you may get additional charges that we will not cover" instead of having me leave believing all was paid and will be taken care of. Very shady. My mistake for not getting that in writing but lesson learned. Will never be going back to this dealership again.DODGE PARAMUS ARE THE BIGGEST FRAUD EVER
by ANDYG777 on 02/25/2018I bought a used CERTIFIED car to CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE PARAMUS (NJ) on Feb 06, 2018 with a down payment of almost 6 thousand dollars The buying process was nasty and the managers are [non-permissible content removed] with a tide specialty… (WARREN TALMO, MARK ARCUTI, JAY MURALI, and KAREEM RAPOSO) A week after the engine light goes on, the car started shaking, the brakes didn't work well and a weird sound in the engine, so I took the car to Ramsey Dodge because the car was certified by Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealer (where I bought the car) and Ramsey Dodge Service manager told me to better take the car where I bought it because it has too many bad issues, so I took the service managers advice and took the car to the Dodge PARAMUS dealer I bought the car and after an hour waiting the Service Manager told me that he told the Sales Manager about all the issues and the Sales Manager (JAY MURALI) took the keys of the SUV so when I went to talk to him and another Finance manager (KAREEM RAPOSO) came to the conversation and he told me that the finance company rejected my loan so he had to take the car and by the way my down payment too, so I told him that they will get a lawsuit for that he laugh on my face and told me that the got good lawyers for that .I had to get a lawyer for them to give my down payment back and I got it from sales manager MARK ARCUTI that throw the check at me, I guess because the poor miserable was behind a counter .STAY AWAY FROM [non-permissible content removed] (CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE PARAMUS) .Great Experience!

He did not keep me waiting for hours, and did not set unrealistic… expectations. I enjoyed the experience at the dealership and appreciate Dons professionalism. Walked in at 2:30pm was out of the door with a deal by 3pm. Came back at 7pm to get the car. Great employee and really cool guy.Perfect customer service
