This is the second car I have purchased from DCH Honda in the last few years. Their staff and customer service is outstanding. They were kind and patient throughout the whole process and their knowledgeable sales team was able to answer… all of my questions. Thank you DCH!!!

It was a welcome surprise to have someone who was honest, professional and had great follow up… skill. When the car I Initially inquired about was not available she suggested one that was far better and I love it which is a 2012 Honda Accord fully loaded she and the others at DCH worked out such a great deal for me. We first came to this dealership in 1997 and purchased a new Honda Civic. We had that… Civic for over 15 years and our family has been leasing from DCH Academy Honda since 2007. Every sales consultant we have come into contact with is friendly and personable. Our salesman the last two lease purchases has been Joe G. and he is by far a top notch salesman looking out for the best interest of the customer. My family no longer lives near DCH Academy Honda, but we still took the 45 minute drive to go back to our long term dealership!Hi Nikki, thank you for taking the time to share your review! A pleasant surprise...

He was pleasant to talk with, intelligent, and made the whole leasing process… pretty comfortable. The waiting room is quite nice, as well.Overall good experience

However after seeing the new CR-V and meeting with our sales person Sam we ended up getting a brand new car! We had a great experience with Sam, he answered all our… questions and was a great salesperson. The only disappointment was at the end of the car buying process. When we sat down to discuss overall financing and sign our paperwork the process was VERY rushed. It was a memorial day weekend so I understand it was busy time but I would have expected the same treatment we had received the entire time we were there.Great Experience!
