I recently moved to Florida, but continue to come back to do all my Car dealings with world of Newton. I went to the one in Florida and will never go… back there again. Service above and beyond for a simple oil change

Who likes waiting around while your car's oil is changed? Not me but the team at Subaru World of Newton tries to… make your wait time as comfortable as possible. A+ experience even when the install took a big longer time. The biggest minus is the very bad selection of TV… channels during the wait. Come on Subaru World of Newton get a decent subscription to something where I can at least watch some sport on the TVJohn, we're delighted to hear that Edgardo provided you with an A+ experience at Subaru World of Newton! by GHB on 10/05/2024The service at this dealership was exceptional. It starts from the moment you pull up, with courteous service and swiftly checking you in. As you enter the service department, that same service continues. My interactions with Marc went… above my expectations. I went in for an oil change and had questions about the crack in my windshield. I hesitate to replace the windshield because it will be expensive. The last Subaru dealership I visited told me this job would cost about $3000, even though I had purchased a windshield warranty before purchasing my Subaru the previous year. Marc took care of all the paperwork. He texted me and emailed me throughout the day with questions from the warranty company and assured me the job would get done once I brought my car back the following week. He also told me he would have a loaner for me, which I never considered asking for. Subaru of Newton will be my home base dealership. Thank you, Marc and Subaru!We're delighted to hear that Marc and the team at Subaru World of Newton exceeded your expectations with their exceptional service. Wasn’t good
by Sam s on 09/26/2024Marc never got back to me about the front end alignment on my Subaru 2024 with 14,000 miles on it with the 2 front tires that were bald on both sides. I asked if the alignment was covered under warranty. He said he wasn’t sure and he would… check and get back to me. Never didSam, I apologize for the lack of follow-up regarding your alignment issue. This isn't the level of service we aim to provide. Love my new Crosstrek

The salesman kept in touch keeping us updated on expected delivery… and made sure the car was exactly what we wanted, was ready for quick pickup and had the credit check completed so we were able to make the purchase easily and timely. The Salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that we had.
