    This service department is the perfect extension to what I consider one of the best dealerships in the area. Always greeted with professionalism and a smile while being honest with its clientele. I get the same treatment in service as I do from the showroom! I cannot ask for more!

  • Completed Deal online and several calls they sold the car I put a deposit

    I started my experience with the dealership great with online attendend Chris everything going well. Submitted pic of trade in, I personal secured finance. The following day Mark got involved the trade was 4000 less than there own website stated so I went back and forth finally excepted the offer, we came to an agreement on out the door price. I gave my credit card for 1000 deposit. called finance company set up for the check. Asked Marc if I could test drive he said yes we have the deposit all set. I drove 1 1/2 hours everything should be good. I get inside Marc says I have the car outside ready just one thing it isn't the car has different color interior. He says I didn't call because I just realized mind you this is after Text, Emails, and about 10 calls and me driving. Some what a bait and switch or THE switch. Now I have the finacing for the car I put a deposit and no car. the car is on the lot with no sold sticker, all I got was I am sorry. Absolutely horrible service the GM didn't even come out to speak with me.

    Once again I had my 2016 Lexus serviced at Cherry Hill Lexus. Jamie, my service advisor there, took such good care of me. She’s professional, efficient and puts the needs of clients first! She always gives great advice and the best price for service, as is possible. My Lexus, because of regular service all of these years, still looks and runs beautifully. Thank you Jamie and thank you Cherry Hill Lexus!

  • Squirrel did major damage

    This is the second Lexus I've purchased and had serviced at Cherry Hill Lexus. The purchase experiences were free of the aggravation experienced at other dealerships. My service experiences have been very positive. Recently, I had extensive damage due to squirrels nestng under the hood and body of my NX350h. They chewed through wires, hoses and plastics. I'm talking about wheel wells, damage behind bumpers, and throughout theundercarriage. The insurance company tried to steer me into a body shop. I insisted that my car would be repaired by the dealership. They sent me an email and letter stating that their adjuster would provide me with a check on the spot.when examined. Upon my request, the dealership agreed to meet the adjuster in their shop. I received a call from the shop foreman letting me know that he would meet with the adjuster himself. He also sent me photos of the damage, which shocked me. The dealerships estimate for the repairs was over $6000. That was surprising to say the least. John, the foreman, met with the adjuster who throughly examined the car with John pointing out all the damage line by line on the shop estimate. I received the insurance estimate via email. It was $40.00 less than the shop estimate. I had my car back in five days, all washed and ready to go. Thank you CHL.

    they always do a thorough inspection of my car and let me know if there are other problems besides the one I mentioned. this time my alternator needed to be replaced, also noticed my radiator was leaking & rusted out- sent me a photo of it. called them gave them ok to replace that too. said next time in my brakes are low- will probably need to be replaced. glad they keep on top of evertything. they always try to give me a small discount on the setvice. My service rep Jamie Lind is wonderful too always trys to get me right in.

    Jaime Robinson-Lind is a gem. She the service rep I work with when I take my car to Cherry Hill Lexus. When I arrived for this appointment there was a line waiting to ge into the bay, Jaime called me on the phone asking me to park my car in the lot an come inside to process the paperwork for my service so I didn’t have to wait. Jamie always advises me which repairs can wait and which need to be done right away to drive safely. They always wash my car before they give it back. Jaime goes the extra mile and makes you feel like family.

    Making the appointment was easy and quick. I got a loaner. Personnel are professional. The loaner was new and nice. The car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was as expected- 70,000 + miles oil change and similar maintenance. Costs were in line. Checkout was easy and quick. Car was clean and work was done as described.

    I took my car for service. From the time I made the appointment to the time I took the car in. They were very professional Shannon assisted me when I went in he told me how long it would take he gave me the loaner. He called me to tell me what other service the car needed and asked me if I wanted them to take care of it. He was courteous, kind and explained everything to me. Shannon went above and beyond in making sure the repairs I requested was done. Thank you for all your help
