Dealership Service Review
This is the second Lexus I've purchased and had serviced at Cherry Hill Lexus. The purchase experiences were free of the aggravation experienced at other dealerships. My service experiences have been very positive. Recently, I had extensive damage due to squirrels nestng under the hood and body of my NX350h. They chewed through wires, hoses and plastics. I'm talking about wheel wells, damage behind bumpers, and throughout theundercarriage. The insurance company tried to steer me into a body shop. I insisted that my car would be repaired by the dealership. They sent me an email and letter stating that their adjuster would provide me with a check on the spot.when examined. Upon my request, the dealership agreed to meet the adjuster in their shop. I received a call from the shop foreman letting me know that he would meet with the adjuster himself. He also sent me photos of the damage, which shocked me. The dealerships estimate for the repairs was over $6000. That was surprising to say the least. John, the foreman, met with the adjuster who throughly examined the car with John pointing out all the damage line by line on the shop estimate. I received the insurance estimate via email. It was $40.00 less than the shop estimate. I had my car back in five days, all washed and ready to go. Thank you CHL.
