They found an issue with my car during an oil change. Before informing me they made sure it was under… warranty which gave me relief. They arranged for me to have a car and took my car in right away. A noise I'd mentioned was identified and necessary repairs were made, in spite of an incorrect part being initially delivered, and working before a holiday. The mechanic went well over and above… what I would even imagine in order to have the car ready for pickup before the holiday. Not only was the work completed earlier than I could possibly expect or even dream, but the car also performs wonderful.October recall and oil change

Unfortunately, I cannot recall his name, but I am sure that can be looked up on the service record. He let me know approximately how long the… service would take and also what adjustments needed to be made as the car had a pending recall to be attended to. In addition, Kevin Midure, the sales associate who led me to the Lucas dealership and essentially was the reason I purchased my vehicle there, stayed beyond his usual work hours to ensure that I was attended to in a timely manner. Kevin, and all staff members involved in my service experience demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle.Colorado service Oct 1014

by firedude69 on 08/18/2014My 2014 Chevrolet Silverado had a couple of recalls that needed to be performed so I contacted Gene at Lucas Chevrolet and scheduled my vehile for it's second oil change and to have the recalls fixed. While it was at the dealer, my salesman… (Ryan G) noticed a defect with my front bumper and brought my service rep Gene out to have a look at it. Gene K agreed that it was indeed a defect and had my bumper replaced at no additional charge under warranty. During this entire process, Ryan let me use his vehicle so I wouldn't have to miss work while my vehicle was being repaired. It's people like Ryan and Gene that make every experience for me at Lucas Chevrolet a good one. I hope these surveys are actually reviewed by upper management because Ryan and Gene are the reasons for these high ratings and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service.
