Dealership Service Review
My 2014 Chevrolet Silverado had a couple of recalls that needed to be performed so I contacted Gene at Lucas Chevrolet and scheduled my vehile for it's second oil change and to have the recalls fixed. While it was at the dealer, my salesman (Ryan G) noticed a defect with my front bumper and brought my service rep Gene out to have a look at it. Gene K agreed that it was indeed a defect and had my bumper replaced at no additional charge under warranty. During this entire process, Ryan let me use his vehicle so I wouldn't have to miss work while my vehicle was being repaired. It's people like Ryan and Gene that make every experience for me at Lucas Chevrolet a good one. I hope these surveys are actually reviewed by upper management because Ryan and Gene are the reasons for these high ratings and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service.
