    Although i did purchase the car thrpugh my friend, the service from the sales manager was horrible. He acted like we were trying to rip him off even though we were bring in a 2700 dollar car trade in. He got loud with our salesman when he explained the situation to him and everyone could hear him. The only reason this place will keep my business is because of my salesperson who made the rest of the sale experience a breeze

    I found this place to be dishonest and unprofessional. I was sent a flyer from them offering certain rates on leases. I called in advance and the receptionist said yes she was familiar with it and we made an appt. when I arrived, the salesman said he had never seen the flyer and didn't know anything about it. They went on to quote prices 3x higher and continually stone walled me with regard to specific questions. They really seem to think the customer is stupid. After they realized I was not going for their high priced lease they tried to get me to purchase my current Honda as the lease is ending. However, they could not quote me the payoff amount ("you'd have to look at your statement") and instead gave me a monthly payment. When I asked about the payment terms they said "oh 5 or 6 years." This is Just a couple of examples. They were generally vague and evasive which really insults the customers intelligence. I realize that not everyone (no one?) get the prices they put on their sales flyers, but I have been leasing hondas for 6 years, have a stellar credit rating, and 14 years employment in 6 figure salary, but apparently they don't want the business. I will go back to Planet Honda where I have leased in the past and hopefully will receive better treatment. Steer clear of this place!!!

    I had a good experience here. Everyone, especially John Medina, was professional, helpful, and courteous. There were absolutely no pressure-selling tactics and I never felt like anyone was pushing me to make any decisions I didn't want to make. I recommend this dealership.

    I got a call from route 22 honda regarding civic.it was the last day of the month and i had a quote from a different dealership but the car wasnt Vaulable.The salesperson ptomised that they would beat it and get me the car in 2 weeks. As i walked in to he dealership i was greeted by the receptionist and a sales guy was assigned. He cane along with a manager and asked me for a quote and left once i gave it. Thy cane back saying the vehicle isnt available. I said i want to order ut as the lady over the phone said the car can be pre booked. The sales person said that isnt an option which was understandable as there could be some kind of miscommunication. I told the same to the manager and look at the level of unprofessionalism "Yes there is no option as such and there is nothing else apart from what my salesperson has told already" "If you had another deal then why didnt you come to this store just because somebidy told you over the phone" "Im leaving now i dont know why youre here when you had a better deal" "You can lodge a complaint about this experience. I dont know where or to whom" And he denied to give his name or card or any such details. This was by far the worst conversation ive ever had. Forget the deal.. how about some manners? Or atleast minimum courtesy while talking to a customer.

    This by far was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I would highly recommend going to Route 22 Honda and ask for Mo! My entire experience from start to finish was seamless and I love my purchase. Special thanks also to Alex and Remila in the sales/finance department

    I brought my Honda Civic LX from the dealer on February 3rd and let me tell you how scared but excited I was to purchase my first car. John Medina was my salesman and he was good, straight forward about everything . Any questions that needed to be answered he answered it and if I didnt know something he knew the answer. His customer service was on point, I literally left out of honda happy with the car that i liked.

    Buying a car can be an exciting but stressful experience. Thanks to Efrain Santiago and Joel Madonado my daughters experience was an absolute great one. These guys basically held our hand so to speak. They educated us on car buying option which allowed us to make the best decision with absolutely no pressure and they never attempted to rush us. I was amazed at how they were determined to help us stick to our budget. Yay!!!! I will definitely be back and will send others there as well.
