Dealership Sales Review
I got a call from route 22 honda regarding civic.it was the last day of the month and i had a quote from a different dealership but the car wasnt Vaulable.The salesperson ptomised that they would beat it and get me the car in 2 weeks. As i walked in to he dealership i was greeted by the receptionist and a sales guy was assigned. He cane along with a manager and asked me for a quote and left once i gave it. Thy cane back saying the vehicle isnt available. I said i want to order ut as the lady over the phone said the car can be pre booked. The sales person said that isnt an option which was understandable as there could be some kind of miscommunication. I told the same to the manager and look at the level of unprofessionalism "Yes there is no option as such and there is nothing else apart from what my salesperson has told already" "If you had another deal then why didnt you come to this store just because somebidy told you over the phone" "Im leaving now i dont know why youre here when you had a better deal" "You can lodge a complaint about this experience. I dont know where or to whom" And he denied to give his name or card or any such details. This was by far the worst conversation ive ever had. Forget the deal.. how about some manners? Or atleast minimum courtesy while talking to a customer.
