Any questions that we had were answered. He made every attempt to make sure… that the process went smoothly. Leo even invited us back if we needed more assistance with understanding the workings of the new car. From previous experiences with other dealerships, we were not looking forward to new car shopping. Irwin Lincoln has changed our thinking about that and has earned an A. The only disappointment was that the dealer does not offer a hard copy of the owner manual.Dealer Is Legit And Willing to Do Business

The dealer did not play any tricks, was responsive throughout the process, answered all questions and described the vehicle accurately. Specifically, the… car was in great shape - no accidents, no scratches, no dings, no bad smell - it was clean inside and out and performed well during our test drive - everything exactly as advertised. No hidden fees, upcharges or pressure from the finance manager to rip us off in the last phase of the transaction. The dealership also had adequate amenities for customers (incl coffee / water / lounge area). Assuming these guys have the car you want, based on my experience, it’s a dealership you can work with.

Bad sales experience

The salesperson (Steven Spertos) didn't introduce himself, wasn't so interested to work with us on new lease deals. He did not offer to… review any options and prices. Very unprofessional We left with nothing This weekend, went to Dana Lincoln in staten island, where the sale service is exceptional
