My experience at Chapman of Egg Harbor was great! Jimmy helped answer all my questions, allowed me time to think and check out other trucks. Chapman worked with me hand in hand getting me in my new truck. Jimmy has stayed in touch checking… in on me and making sure the process was a smooth as possible. I highly recommend anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle go to Chapman of Egg Harbor.

There was a screw in my tire right by the inner wall. Rob at Chapman Ford was able to squeeze me in and replaced the tire… just in time for me to hit the road for the rehearsal dinner. Alan combined his extensive knowledge of the vehicle with an easy going demeaner which made my experience… very pleasant! The waiting room has enough chairs and complimentary coffee and tea. The service is always done… quickly, the price is reasonable. A great bonus is they send a multi point inspection video to your phone, so you know exactly what is going on with you car. I definitely recommend this dealership!!!!Great experience
