    My experience at Chapman of Egg Harbor was great! Jimmy helped answer all my questions, allowed me time to think and check out other trucks. Chapman worked with me hand in hand getting me in my new truck. Jimmy has stayed in touch checking in on me and making sure the process was a smooth as possible. I highly recommend anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle go to Chapman of Egg Harbor.

    I dropped off my truck for an oil change and to diagnose a heater issue. When I came to pick up the truck my driver side mirror was broken. I was told that a replacement was ordered. I asked to be notified when it arrived. When it arrived I was not notified immediately. I found out it was in because I called. Over all experience was not great. I have been coming here for years but now I am looking for a new mechanic

    Always a good experience for me. The service department have always been courteous and attentive to my needs. Ray was my latest servicer advisor and he was great.

    Very customer oriented and almost like family feel there! Super easy buying process and they help you get the best knowledge on the new vehicle your purchasing. Taking the time to walk you through it and no pressure which I loved. Carlos and mani are the best !
  • Poor diagnostics

    I had my car towed in as soon as the computer read it was over heating. No real pressure testing etc was completed. I was given a bunch of “probably” or “could be” and was told I needed a new engine at the cost of 11k on a 10k car! Had it towed elsewhere to be looked at where it was tested. Only needed a new water pump and spark plugs. And would only be $6k in work. How about taking an engine apart and looking at it? I’ll never be back!

    We had to get new tires last minute before we left to move our daughter out of state. They needed to order them and couldn’t get us in until after we had to leave. Luckily they made arrangements and got us in last minute. Everyone involved was fabulous, nice and very professional.

    Got my car in right away and didn’t have to wait long. I received a video by my tech of the work they did and showed me measurements of my tires and brakes. Customer service was great as well.

  • Conventional oil change at Chapman Ford

    My oil change was performed in a timely manner. I thought the price was high ($89) for a conventional oil change. Also the fact that they charged a fee for using a credit card for payment was not good. Otherwise everything else was fine especially the video review sent to me of the work.

    Had a great experience at Chapman. Brought my mustang in for service. Traci at the front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was done same day and at a fair price . I will definitely use Chapman again for my car needs.

    There is a crack in my tailpipe and Ray ordered it and got back to me in 2 days when it came in. Can't get in til Wednesday to get it fixed.

    My experience was very good, salesman Tim really assisted me with the purchase of my Subaru crosstrek, patient and informative, answered my questions thoroughly , Alex in the financial department was also patient and informative, they both made the purchase of my car a pleasant experience, very professional
