I dropped off my truck for an oil change and to diagnose a heater issue. When I came to pick up the truck my driver side mirror was broken. I was told that a replacement was ordered. I asked to be notified when it arrived. When it arrived I was not notified immediately. I found out it was in because I called. Over all experience was not great. I have been coming here for years but now I am looking for a new mechanic
