Video of mechanic giving suggestions
by Brandon on 04/10/2024I found this to be very impersonal and tacky, terrible way to do business. I wasn’t able to hear what he was suggesting and it was disturbing. We need to get back to being personable with customers. Talking to them one on one and… consulting. I ended up getting all filters changed, front brakes, oil change and tires rotated. This video thing is terrible, get back to doing business the correct way. People go to Honda for a certain reason, we don’t need a video. I enjoyed the conversation with the service rep and moved forward with most services. Disappointing, treat customers the correct way, stop sending this sleezy sales videos and be transparent and just have a conversation.Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.

New tires installed
by Anthony on 03/11/2024After my 7:30am appointment with the service rep,I had a coupon to buy 3 tires and get 4th one for a dollar. And i also had a coupon for an oil change, and was told I can't stack coupons. I was trying to explain that's not stacking. It's… for two different services. And I explained that the state of New Jersey considers stacking is using two coupons for the same service. After i said that I was told I was being hostile by the service rep. As a customer I didn't appreciate that.. I was not being unfriendly or aggressive. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the vibe was a little better so that's why I gave a 2 star rating.Thank you for your feedback about this inconvenience you experienced during your service visit with us because that should not have happened.
